Sichuan Province's "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New" Small and Medium sized Enterprises


Specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises are the driving force behind high-quality development, the leading force in innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the fundamental force in enhancing industrial chain competitiveness and supply chain stability.
The list of specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises in Sichuan Province for the year 2023 has been approved, and Ailiben Technology has been honorably selected as one of the newly recognized enterprises in Pengzhou City.

What is specialization, refinement, and novelty?


"Specialized, refined, unique, and new" small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "specialized, refined, unique, and new" enterprises) in Sichuan Province refer to small and medium-sized enterprises whose main business and development focus comply with national industrial policies and related requirements, have strong technological innovation and financing capabilities, high market share, grasp key core technologies, good development speed, efficiency, and quality, are located in important links of the industrial chain and supply chain, and follow the path of professional, refined, distinctive, and innovative development.

The management of the recognition of "specialized, refined, unique, and new" enterprises in Sichuan Province is organized and implemented by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, openness, and voluntariness. The recognition work is organized once a year, and the organization reviews enterprises that have been recognized for at least 3 years.

In order to accelerate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our province, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology has conducted a review of 21 cities (prefectures) in the province's recommended new applications and participating in the review process.
